Divide Lake, Tombstone Territorial Park, Yukon Territory, Canada
It was a sombre, still day at Divide lake with light rain falling imperceptibly . It gave me a feeling reminiscent of being inside on a rainy day, warm and comfortable. Perhaps it was because I had just arrived back from a hike up Mt Frank Rae’s ridgeline and had nowhere else to be but here. I found this foreground near camp which was quite striking. The colors really popped against the grey sky. It ended up being a favorite of mine from the trip and for the year.
